I’ve had a long history of digestive issues that have forced me to be restrictive for elimination diets. So my healthiest version of eating is when I can eat and enjoy my food in the morning I have to have protein so usually pocho or fried or scrambled and I can’t do the thing without carbs roasted cherry tomatoes and tea, breakfast is my most important meal of the day and no protein m “I crash and burn a couple of hours later.”
